I had to make an insurance claim and was given help and support to do this, including being supplied with a bi-lingual accident report form. This was an enormous help because it ensured I fully understood what detail was required. They also made the procedure to have my car repaired very simple - I was emailed a list of approved repairers, from which I chose one and notified Agence Eaton of my choice. I was told within one hour to make an appointment at the repairers and arrange for the car to be repaired. I'm delighted - thank you.
