First of all, thank you so much for your help yesterday. I got my posh new car, and a free bottle of champagne too! Ian got a free gift too. Some cleaning products and a bottle of oil. Ha ha!

Attached are what I hope is enough for you to cancel the insurance on my nemo. While I am writing, I also want to compliment your service the other week when my Nemo had a breakdown just after a visit to Ikea at Rennes. What a fantastic and speedy breakdown service. We had to be towed to a garage and then we were put into a taxi and brought home, and nothing to pay. From breakdown in Rennes to arriving home in Malguenac took 4 hours only. A great service and virtually no worries.

So, I just wanted to say a big thank you. I am always saying what a good team you all are and recommend you whenever I can.
