We placed all our insurances with the Eatons in 1997, thinking that in a crisis, even if we are competent in French, we would perhaps need to speak English.  Fortunately, no such crisis has emerged, but we have grown to value the personal contact with people we regard as our friends, particularly as the insurance companies become more and more impersonal and impenetrable, hidden behind their computers.  Several times, Lena Eaton has intervened to give us better value for money.  In twenty-two years we have never regretted our decision and we’ll certainly continue to support Agence Eaton.
