I wanted to write to you personally and thank you very much for all your help in both arranging the repair of our broken windscreen and the modifications to our existing Policy this week. The timing was really awkward for us as we discovered the problem on Sunday and needed to leave for a 2 week business trip at 7am on Monday morning, and I really appreciate your fast response and assistance you gave my wife.
